At the Foundation for Rational Thinking, we are dedicated to promoting rational thought across our country. Recognizing the long-standing challenges of backwardness, we believe that embracing rational thinking is essential for transforming our society from a state of underdevelopment to one of enlightenment.
Our journey began in 2015 when I discovered the works of Periyar in Tamil. Inspired by his teachings, I translated the Tamil book “He is Periyar” by Manjai Vasanthan into English in 2019. This pivotal work was subsequently translated into Telugu and published in 2020.
Building on this momentum, we expanded our efforts by translating and publishing the book in Kannada, Malayalam, and Oriya. We have also completed translations in Marathi and Hindi, with publishing currently in progress. Additionally, we have initiated translation work in Urdu.
Our mission is to make these influential works accessible in various languages, fostering a broader understanding and appreciation of rational thought throughout the nation.
